By-Law Proposed Amendments
Proposed By‑law Changes to be Voted on at the 2025 AGM
Valour Community Centre Inc. is proposing changes to its by‑laws to ensure our governance reflects the needs of our members and the evolving role of the Centre. These proposed changes will be presented, discussed, and voted upon at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
This serves as the 21 day notice, required under section 18.3 of our current Constitution.
We encourage all members to review the proposed changes in advance and to join us at the AGM to have your voice heard. This is an important opportunity to help shape the future of Valour Community Centre Inc.
